The revamped version, created using Articulate Storyline, is a concise, asynchronous e-learning course tailored specifically for director-level staff. The focus is on equipping these leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with state regulations. By narrowing the audience and content, the learning experience has become more targeted, engaging, and effective.
Data-Driven Approach: The redesign was guided by a thorough analysis of data to identify the specific areas of non-compliance that required attention. This data-driven approach was instrumental in developing and designing the course content to address the most pressing needs effectively.
